Dorabella delivers throughout Italy and Spain via GLS courier in 24-48 working hours. Shipping is free for orders starting from €69.00 . For orders less than this amount, shipping costs €4.95.

Attention : the transport calculation is obtained taking into account the orders received on the website www.dorabella.com by 10.00 am of each working day (from Monday to Friday). The weekend (Saturday and Sunday) is not considered for the calculation of the days. of transport.

Goods Receipt
Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to check:

• That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
• That the packaging is intact and unaltered, including the closing tapes.

In the event of tampering and/or breakages of the package, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by affixing the writing "RESERVE TO CONTROL OF GOODS FOR ....." (indicate the reason) on the delivery document received from the courier or from another operator. The customer must subsequently report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the goods according to the methods established by the operator chosen for the shipment and/or delivery and/or by the operator. In the event that the customer does not collect the goods ordered and present in stock at the courier's warehouses within 5 (five) working days, due to the repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, the same order will be canceled.
