Terms and conditions of the service
IRONICA accepts orders only for delivery in Italian territory.
For each order placed, SAGGESE SPA issues an invoice for the material sent by e-mail to the holder of the order pursuant to art. 14 DPR 445/00 and dl 52/2004. the data provided by the customer at the time of the order will be included in the invoice. No changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued. The customer can purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of IRONICA at the time of sending the order.
The images and technical data accompanying a product sheet may not be complete and exhaustive of its own characteristics but different for example for:(weight, color etc ...). The wording"available"at the time of the displayed product is purely indicative given the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users. For this reason, SAGGESE SPA reserves the right, once the order has been received, to check the availability of the goods and, failing that, to promptly notify the non-acceptance of the order sent. No responsibility can be attributed to SAGGESE SPA. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by IRONICA by means of an email reply sent to the email address provided by the customer.
This confirmation message will re-propose all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections. After checking the availability of the goods and the accuracy of the customer data, IRONICA will send the acceptance of the contract by e-mail. The contract stipulated between the customer and IRONICA is to be considered concluded only after the e-mail of acceptance of the contract by IRONICA has been sent. By placing the order on the IRONICA website, the customer declares to have read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure. With express reference to articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/89, the customer will receive, via e-mail, all the information necessary for the identification of the seller that the customer must keep together with the e-mail of acceptance of the contract.
